The Countdown to Midnight Party:
Ring in the new year beginning at 9 P.M. in either the festive Bar Room, grand Gallery, or the more romantic Upstairs at ’21’.
$275 per person,
includes a sumptuous four-course feast prepared by Executive Chef Sylvain Delpique, live music, dancing, midnight Champagne toast, and party favors. Beverages, tax and gratuity are additional.

Culinary action has returned to the dining room at '21'. Once a significant component of the '21' menu, guests are again able to experience the sights, sizzles and scents of dishes being created in the dining room.
