Shift Supervisor
Seeking shift supervisors to direct the daytime and nighttime ware washing, cleaning, maintenance and utility duties of our busy, fast-paced operation. Position will report to restaurant's operations manager. Candidates must be motivated self-starters, have good communication skills, be proficient in English and Spanish, have decent computer skills and be patient with training and coaching. Must be able to demonstrate proper cleaning techniques. We are closed Sundays and major holidays. Salary consummate with experience. We offer 401k plan and benefits package.
Sous Chef
The candidate must have 5+ years of experience in a 3 stars or above establishment with excellent culinary skills (meat, fish, fabrication, execution, saute, grill, braise, large batch sauce, production, etc); NYC experience a plus. A culinary graduate with a management mindset, mature attitude and the ability to multitask that can lead by example is preferred. Candidate must also follow directions well and be a fast learner. High volume experience a plus. We are closed on Sundays and major holidays and offer medical, dental and vision coverage as well as matching 401(k) plan.

Line Cook: Fish Specialty
21 Club seeks highly motivated and skilled line cooks specializing in fish and shellfish preparation. Hot line position with plenty of action, perfect for a cook who wants to be creative and learn. Career minded individuals should have excellent knife skills and some experiences making sauces. Health insurance, dental coverage and pension benefits are paid by the employer. Paid time and half for overtime worked. Our fast pace restaurant is closed on Sundays and on major holiday.
