August at Bar '21'
Join us at the Bar ‘21’ and Lounge on Wednesdays (6-8PM) in August for a series of interactive bar events featuring Executive Chef John Greeley. Chef Greeley will be conducting demonstrations of fun and festive summer favorites as well as cocktail pairings and entertaining tips for your parties at home.
Come dressed in summer’s finest as we have modified the normally upscale dress code to summer chic for four weeks, August 6th – 31st.

Additionally, ‘21’ Club will be operating on reduced summer hours for the month of August. Though the main restaurant at ‘21’ will be closed, Bar ‘21’ and Lounge will be open Monday through Friday, 4:30pm to close, through August 31st with a modified lounge menu available for all guests.

Wednesday, August 8th, 6-8PM
Learn to create Mayan style guacamole and ceviche. Margaritas and DeLeón Tequila cocktail specials will be available throughout the evening.
Wednesday, August 15th, 6-8PM
Chef Greeley talks BBQ as he teaches you to make sensational pulled pork sandwiches with apple cider vinegar sauce and BBQ pork belly sandwiches. Cocktail specials will feature perfectly paired WhistlePig Whiskey creations.
Wednesday, August 22nd, 6-8PM
You will never think of Buffalo wings the same after Chef Greeley demos a variety of sauces - a classic Buffalo with blue cheese, honey mustard with herbs, and a yuzu-ginger sauce. Flights of summer microbrews will be available.
Wednesday, August 29th, 6-8PM
Bar ‘21’s one-of-a-kind bartenders demo their mixology skills, teaching a few tricks of the trade to impress your guests at home, and mixing up some of the crowd’s favorites upon request.
